carbon footprint

Corporate Carbon Accounting

The corporate carbon footprint, also known as corporate carbon accounting, systematically measures greenhouse gas emissions at company level. On the basis on international standards such as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG) specifically, direct and indirect emissions from corporate activities (Scope 1 and 2) and emissions along the value chain (Scope 3) are taken into account for calculation.

We support your company in measuring, managing and reporting company-related greenhouse gas emissions. Similar to the life cycle assessment, corporate carbon accounting can also reveal environmental hotspots in the company or along the value chain.  This is the basis for setting decarbonization targets,

optimizing the companies carbon footprint and consequently communicating transparently with your stakeholders.
